I will make this as simple as possible. You want to discuss why people would even do it? You have stated your outside observation. speculation.
Here's why I have no problems mixing races.
My parents (likely part ofyour generation) never put it in my head that it was wrong. They never taught me any tradition or taboo against going out with and marrying someone of a dif race. That's it.
I haven't done it to break any taboo or discard any tradition.
I do believe that most people in my generation would say the same.
