The partisan politics have nothing to do with a struggle between the productive and the looters. What little I saw in the debate last night had McCain advocating spending on several points, health care, education and Head Start. He just offered a "different" way of doing it -- It's looting nonetheless. The argument between the productive and the looters is not happening, not at the partisan level nor in the election. We're just getting to choose between looters.
However, the voices of John Galt in this world are rather lonely and pretty much the minority. I certainly agree with TO.
