There may be discontent with the Republican party but Perry is and remains a good caretaker for the state of Texas. Our unemployment is lower than most states, taxes are low, no state income tax, we have a cap on medical law suits (which since passed has seen upwards of 18,000 new doctors move into the state). All in all thing run pretty smooth here.
