No ma'am; it has nothing to do with political correctness. It has everything to do with good manners, acting like an adult, not being mockish and making fun of people. Too many people ignore good manners. Sometimes you have to say unpopular or distasteful things to make your point (no political correctness there) but you don't continue to show poor manners by repeating it again and again just because you don't have anything original to contribute.

I realize that there is a lot of mocking going on here, not really necessary, especially the extreme stuff. I'm afraid I let myself get pulled in once in a while. On the other hand, mocking people who post on this site and see themselves as superior to the rest of us, I don't really have a problem with.

It's unreasonable to mock someone simply because they aren't good-looking; on the other hand, as I have stated elsewhere on this site, I think the reason there are so many "ugly" liberals is because their ugly souls show through and distort their external appearance.

I suppose you'd have to be there and be raised a certain type of enviornment to find that funny. Personally, as a liberal myself, I am not so sure I would have laughed at that. I would have felt quite uncomfortable, as I usually do, while my family laughs at something and I just kind of sit there wondering why people laugh at such horrid jokes. While I don't particularly like Sarah Palin, this is quite disgusting.
