Oh brother. I don't believe there is all that much more than normal. Everyone quit whinning. It is true however that the dems have a way of demonizing even one mistep or one fabricated misstep when it comes to kooky McCain supporters.
When it comes to the bamma supporters though, they may be stepping the attacks up a bit because their leader told them to when he told them to "get in people's faces". Some of us would take that kind of statement as meaning be vigilant, don't give up keep talking to people to sway them to bamma. A lot of bama supporters though have a dif mentality. They take it to mean "step up the violence if you must". Get in people's faces, literally.
It is sometimes refered to as "ghetto mentality". Too bad if you don't like me saying that. It's the truth for a certain % of his supporters. It is very sad.

I 100% agree with you. Its a shame that girl choose to lie because it shades somebody that really gets attacked. Regardless I am sure we can all agree violence over political views is unexceptable Left, Right, or Center.

I believe she will get hers she is going to Jail as far as I am concerned so be it.

The whole situation is really sad. I hope that people realize that she is an isolated crazy person, and not necessarily an indicator of the McCain camp. But judging by the response to the "he's an Arab" lady, maybe they won't.

Actually, I saw more about it on the local news (I get two of the Pittsburgh stations here), and there was mention that she may have had a history of mental issues.

No I don't think that's the case. It did look suspicious from the get go but I actually wanted to see if it got discredited first.

It does look like a "B" even though it's backward. THe election is on everone's mind even if they are indifferent non-voters. It could have been all that she was capable of coming up with on short notice. Of course, it can fall apart all too easily.

They said something on the news about her admitting that her injuries were self-inflicted, but I'm not sure if that included the black eye or not.
