He was stopped at a check point, but there may be a question of the "dog" making a "hit" on his car.
This was his point in the video, he wanted to see the dog make another try at his car. Dogs do make mistakes and they would not allow the dog to make another try.
Both sides have their issues here.

I find it amazing that people on these boards will support the government over their fellow citizens. Americas big claim to fame is freedom if I am not mistaken. Let me ask a question, when you are stopped by the border patrol, and have not crossed any borders, are you free? Can you just leave that check point? Sure after you are questioned, but when one gives up little freedoms here and there one finds that more and more of there time is spent dealing with the government for security. This leaves less time for freedom. But as Americans its your choice. Do you want freedom? Or do you want want the border patrol to arbitrarily stop and question citizens "to stop illegal immigration". We all know how well the government keeps illegal immigrants out of this country. So why are we giving up our liberties?
Do you live in a constitutional free zone?

I bet the ones who support the border patrol in violating this citizens rights do not.Last edited by Arion45; 05-19-2009 at 11:14 PM.

I'm usually feeling free after I cross a boarder. Usually I've kicked them out for being stupid and I'm not to worried about it. I've never actually had an encounter with the boarder patrol. Didn't know there was one.
Sorry, Arion, I just couldn't pass it up. I don't usually pick on spelling, but boarder is funny in this context."They are like a corrosive Fifth Column on this Forum. Presumably, Nut Job is the putative leader of this Liberal column, and I guess Reagan Girl is the mother superior of the bunch."
