Obama’s lawyer threatens TV stations that run NRA ad

I’m surprised. Usually in cases like this, Obama has his cult followers inundate the offending station with irate, semi-coherent phone calls, like they did recently to try to knock hatemongering smear merchant David Freddoso off the air for the crime of committing journalism critical of The One. For whatever reason they’ve decided that won’t work here, so they’re opting for Plan B. Straight out of the Democratic handbook Harry Reid used to threaten ABC’s broadcast license for showing the “Path to 9/11,” here’s Obama lawyer Robert Bauer warning station managers not to air the NRA’s new anti-Obama “Hunter” ad if they want to stay in the FCC’s good graces. Follow the link and read his letter and the NRA’s rebuttal for point/counterpoint. Is the NRA attributing gun policy positions to Obama which he no longer holds? Hard to say. Is there such a thing as a consistent Obama gun position?

Here is the link to a show called Extension 720. It is a talk show in Chicago that discusses books and issues. It is hosted by a legend in Chicago (Milt Rosenburg).

He had 2 shows involving people that were critical of Obama. Milt had his Producers offer somebody from Obamas campaign to come and counter the claims from David Freddoso and Stanley Kurtz.
Obama launched havic against the radio station.

Actually when things like this happen we get an email message which tells us where to call and complain.

I am disappointed that Obama has backed away from the fairness doctrine.

Though that he is willing to try to enforce fair advertising on television makes me think he might eventually change his position and support Pelosi.
