Well really it is no surprise because he is still hurting that his book failed to do anythig to hurt President Bush.

Apparently he was Republican in name only.

I don't think he got fired - I think he resigned. But he should have been fired - long ago. I think he hurt Bush more than any other single person. I was sorry to see Ari Fleischer go; it was a pity Bush didn't find someone else of his caliber when he retired.

With MCclellan and Powell, its about payback. Nobody can do such a 360 on their beliefs that quickly (if they had any to begin with).

President Bush didn't need any extra help. He did enough damage all by himself. Gotta give some credit to Cheney of course. Don't forget besides Powell & McClellan yesterday there was Arne Carlson & CC Goldwater jumping ship too. CC is the daughter of Barry Goldwater, John McCains idol and mentor.

Do you remember Ron Reagan Jr ? He was as liberal as Obama near as I can tell.

Rush said this "big tent" thing is just B-S. I agree.

Liberals calling themselves "Republicans" or worse yet, calling themselves "Conservatives" is just showing their lack of any political belief. Also known as "political hacks".

You gotta point then. But at this rate there just ain't that many "real conservatives" left then. They certainly don't make up most of the electorate and McCain isn't one of them either.
