Yeah I seen that. I would be willing to bet you if somebody pulled a gun on him they would accidentally have a delayed response. I was born and raised in Chicago and the Blue Wall is thick they don't forget. They just have to look like they are doing something. I recall delayed responses to calls on shots fired when its neighborhoods that caused The Boys in Blue issues. LOL
