If that was my kid I would of probably did a lot more then try to get that 'woman' fired. She had no business pressing her political views on that girl. That is her parents business. They should mandate a law against injecting politics in schools with the exception to history classes but require all teachers to have to be the middle ground. Her views have no business in that class.

When I attended college I remember with clarity the students who couldn't cut it academically gravitated towards a teaching credential - where your attitude mattered more than your abilities. Remember - these are the students who failed in a behavioral science degree program = feel the right way and care and be capable of writing a sentence or two. Do community work for the majority of your credits and WALLAH! You be ed-jew-ka-ted.

It is in the classrooms where this mess began. It must end there. Parents complain complain complain. Demand your children be taught by a non-partisan. NO - a promise to not do it again is not enuff. Form a group and get in their faces.
