How to tell if you're in the mainstream of American thinking

How to tell if you’re in the mainstream of American thinking | MND: Your Daily Dose of Counter-Theory

Quote:
Are you in the mainstream of American thinking? Do you have what it takes to be a member of Congress, president of the United States, reporter, pundit, K-12 teacher, college professor, or other trusted influencer or leader? Do you have the proper view of government, the economy, and other subjects?

To find out, take this simple test. Good luck!

Liberals always insist they aren't liberal and they are, in fact, in the mainstream.

I don't care if I'm mainstream or not. I care about being principled.

I'm glad I failed that test with flying colors.

according to that test if you don't quite have the intelligence to wipe the drool from your lips , you are mainstream.

Actually, Oneida is now a silverware company and New Harmony failed because of a huge fire. But anyway, since the majority of Americans apparently voted Democrat in the presidential election, doesn't that make liberalism mainstream?

In the former Soviet Union, Marxism was mainstream and it collapsed.

the majority of VOTERS voted for Obamanation

liberals tend to forget that the MAJORITY do not vote because they feel they aren't represented by either party.

Good point.

I failed that test with a 0%. I guess I'm not mainstream with my "radical" conservative ideas aka having morals ;)
