Look who's hijacking 911!!
Michelle Malkin Look who’s hijacking 9/11
IN my opinion two fold intention:
1) hijack 911 meaning for Americans and replacing with some envirowhacko meaning.
AND
2) de-rail 912 for the patriot resistance.
We must make a concerted effort not to let him eliminate the importance of 911 to this country. Have we not seen enough of this with other enviro holidays?? Lenin's birthday is celebrated as what now??? I forget because i ignore it.

On the Aug. 11 call, Yearwood and other leaders kept saying repeatedly that they wanted 9/11 to be used for something “positive,” “forward-leaning,” and “productive,” said a source with knowledge of the teleconference.

Sounds like a good idea to me.
Plus, the provision turning 9/11 into a “National Day of Service” was part of a national service expansion bill that was supported by 26 Republican Senators. That's about as bipartisan a bill as we've seen with this Senate.

bi partisan? I think not. I believe support for this idiocy is either an indication of the ignorance of our representatives regarding or their willing support for, the progressive agenda. ALL of the statist morons in D.C. need a talkin to and then some.
More like National Day of Servitude.

Yes, let's forget the original intent and turn it into something politically "feel good" so that we get caught flat-footed the next time, too...

Oh, the absurdity.
The jackass will probably turn it into "hug a gay terrorist for Lenin" day.
And he wonders why we get "wee wee'd up" about him and his idiot ideas.

that's a good leftist, wanting the republicans to share the blame for the bad ideas. The only time a leftist talks about bipartisan is when they are in power.

This is why I have stopped thinking of Demoncrats as naive & ignorant and decided they are evil.
They want us to forget exactly what that day was & what it meant so we can become complacent again and give the Terrorist's a decent chance slaughter us again.

Let me at em!

And talk is it, unless they need votes to override a Republican President veto.
