I'll find the study. Besides, there's a district in Texas bigger then Kentucky that has elected Ron Paul ten times and gives him a 70% approval rating. Plus to suggest that Kentucky is some insane Libertarian haven is simply wrong.

    This.

Kentucky is fairly left of center on issues like spending and size of government. If it weren't for the culture wars and foreign policy, Kentucky would be a blue state.

    QUESTION: How is:

" Ron Paul will continue his efforts to secure our borders, hunt down the 9/11 terrorist planners

    congruent with:

safely withdraw our troops from Iraq and other countries around the world

Simple. Securing our borders involves building a wall and having our troops patrol our border, not patrol the border of Iraq (which they actually do).

We have over 700 military bases in over 130 countries. Do we need all of them to stay secure? Not even close.

As for Iraq: We went in, overthrew the government, got our dangerous materials, we're done. Bush ran in 2000 on a no-nation-building foreign policy. We should live up to his word.

I seem to recall that you've cited this a few times before. Do you have a list and source? Because that sounds kind of high for believability. If it is true, what are the sizes/populations of those bases?
