    • A false for Rep. Russ Carnahan, who claimed that the CBO analysis of the health care bill said it would result in a surplus.
    • A false for Rep. Dan Lungren's claim that President Obama suggested the health care bill "will have government decide" that a healthy, 100-year-old woman in need of a pacemaker "should take a pain pill" instead.
    • A false for Fox News anchor Kimberly Guilfoyle for claiming that the Cash for Clunkers Web site allows the federal government to peek inside your personal computer.

    That's really honest of you, Jimbo.

    Not to mention it's a leftist site in the first place. One of the chain e-mails they purportedly "debunk" in "flames" was actually true, when speaking about providing health care to illegals. This is because Congress blocked modifications to the bill to require proof of citizenship before treatment, and ergo, illegals will get health care.

    Jane Sturm told the story of her nearly 100-year-old mother, who was originally denied a pacemaker because of her age. She eventually got one, but only after seeking out another doctor.

    In June 2000, the OMB Director issued a memorandum (M-00-13, later updated by M-03-22)) that prohibited Federal agencies from using certain web-tracking technologies, primarily persistent cookies, due to privacy concerns, unless the agency head approved of these technologies because of a compelling need. That was more than nine years ago.

    The White House's decision to embed YouTube videos in the president's official home page drew instant criticism from privacy activists.
