no emails - Conservative Republican Discussion Forums

just got here yesterday. not recv any emails. i have everything checked to receive them. could be a filter problem. and ideas??? I may just have to wait. sometimes logging off then back on will fix it. user CP/edit options set to intant emails and receive emails checked.

I just double checked and things look OK from our end of things. Strange. Maybe TO can look a little deeper.

thank Vike. its happened before. i do have AOL. don't boo to loud. HA. sometimes the dam will just break and my inbox fills up. usually something in the server. at my end the spam filter is off. Vet

AOL is one of the worst email filters to get past, they flag everything. I'm not really sure what you can do about that other than signup with a yahoo or gmail account and change your settings in your profile.

Yeah I use gmail and the email notifications are almost instant.
It is free as well.
