    If you get this event ID, then your affected and your being hard-limited.
    EventID 4226: TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts

    Vista is a hog

    the first thing I did with the new comp was remove vista and install XP

    I am running a system with over 2 gig of RAM, and Vista was still laggy.

    The first thing I did was turn off User Access Control. Improved things dramatically.
