It's all crap, of course, but one bit caught my eye (in reference to SA pistols):

(iv) the capacity to accept a detachable magazine at a location outside of the pistol grip.
What the hell difference does it make where the mag is inserted? For a given barrel length, the conventional in-the-grip mag is better, and you can get oversize mags for many makes.
