Breaking: Inspector General Report on Racialist Dysfunction inside DOJ
by J. Christian Adams

2013/03/12

Today the Department of Justice inspector general released a report on potential Labor secretary nominee Tom Perez’s DOJ Civil Rights Division. The timing of the release to coincide with his nomination was certainly accidental, because the report paints a damning portrait of the DOJ unit he managed.

The full report is here (link).

The 250-page report offers an inside glimpse of systemic racialist dysfunction inside one of the most powerful federal government agencies.

Former Voting Section Chief Chris Coates and I both testified about the hostility towards race-neutral law enforcement by the Justice Department.

Today’s report paints a disgusting portrait, confirming our accounts.

Bird dog vindicated! This investigation came out of the New Black Panther case on which the Obama Justice Department took a dive. Don’t miss an important implication, though. These racialists are not new-hires, they are senior people. They’ve been in the “Justice” Department for longer than Obama has been POTUS, some of them much longer. So the “Justice” Department has been less than vigorous in pursuing cases where whites were the victims for many years, possibly for decades. The difference the Obama ***MAL***Administration made is that they unleashed the racialists.

They’ve come out of the closet.

#3

Geez, JS! Why insult closets?

#4

Maybe the closets kicked them out…

There’s only so much room for skeletons, and with Holder in charge I’m sure they are stacking up.

Well, what can we expect? After all, Obama is the first affirmative action president. Candidate McCain and hope and change and white guilt (read Thomas Sowell) and bingo - in '08 we elected a POTUS who was undistinguished in the Illinois legislature and as a US Senator, and who almost immediately after being sworn in as POTUS was presented a Nobel Prize for . . . , well, for being Barack!! Why would anyone be surprised that a near-resident university dweller turned neighborhood organizer would champion “victim” politics as he and his minions now victimize the very system that made it possible for him to prosper. He is not worried about spending or the deficit (he has, is and intends to continue to expand both spending and the debt) - his singular agenda is an ever larger government managing an ever more dependent population. It is as SIMPLE as that. Increased government spending/increased taxation of the productive/growing debt only serves to speed up this nation’s arrival at the destination toward which Progressives have been moving us since Wilson. Obama is an extension of this near century-old effort - and he has been VERY successful.

What bothers me most is that it took almost five years for this report to come out! If it were whites blocking and intimidating blacks at the polling places does anyone think it would take so long?
Our wlole blankety-blank justice department is a National shame!!

Concur, nat, though this looks like the delay was due to how many critters crawled out when the rock was turned over - i.e. the scope expanded. That’s why I think it important to realize that this @#%& didn’t suddenly start in January, 2008, but was merely given full rein then. The ideologues had been in place for years or decades, doing what they could while staying invisible.

IG Report Confirms PJ Media: Obama DOJ’s Leftist Election Lawyer Hiring Blitz
by J. Christian Adams

2013/03/14

Sources familiar with the thinking of Civil Rights Assistant Attorney General Tom Perez report that he and others in the department believe the damning inspector general report actually vindicates the attorney hiring decisions over the last few years in the Civil Rights Division. In essence, Perez believes that the report shows that the attorneys were qualified.

He must not have read page 218 of the report. And Perez, of course, misses entirely the point of the charges levied at the division about hiring per our Every Single One series.

Qualifications weren’t the core issue, ideological biases were.

And on that score, the IG report offers Perez no quarter. In fact, the IG report concludes that the criteria — that only attorneys with experience working at a civil rights organization, which is invariably (and empirically) left of center, will be hired — should not be a qualification in the future.

Further information from this investigation - another of the critters found under the rock.

My question is when will the msm report this so the rest of the country can see it?

December, 2014, if we’re lucky. Otherwise, February, 2016, unless an R is elected POTUS and would look like (s)he’s cleaning out corruption.
