Opponents of the city’s limit on the size of sugary drinks are raising questions of racial fairness alongside other complaints as the novel restriction faces a court test.

Have you noticed lately that anytime some complaint rises there are those who immediately want to make it a racial issue? In this case the stupid imposition of size of drinks is now being played as a deliberate attack on race.
In another instance I was reading about job cuts to the postal service and the article I had read was that it was an attack on blacks.
