First charges filed in Mueller investigation

#21

Because they are all out to crucify Donald Trump; by any means necessary.

Next question?

#22

Because…

He’s a bully, a self-admitted sex offender (and been accused by over a dozen women), a shameless self-promoter, he’s attacked the 1st amendment, he get’s his information from Fox news (and been burned for it) before he trusts national intelligence agencies, he refused to staff high-level government positions and many of the ones that he has are filled with people whose only qualifications are that they are loyal to the President, he staffs other positions with people clearly against the very agencies they now run, he wants to give himself (via his tax plan) a way to gift his children $4 billion dollars, his tax plan screws the poor and is a pittance to the middle class while been a boon for the wealthy, he wants to build a monument to himself (he calls it a border wall), he’s proven he has zero foreign policy experience, he’s playing chicken with dictator with nukes, he is a racist, he plays on populist sentiments which actually represent the minority of Americans, he seems to care very little that Russia stole information from Dems, he seems to care very little that they tried (and perhaps succeeded) to hack our elections (we don’t know because no one is investigating)…

And the list goes on and on and on…

Crucify him, you bet your ass (donkey

I don’t think Trump is stupid. He appointed Mueller. IMO, Mueller is fishing for deeper corruption. And I think it’s under Trump’s own request.

I don’t think Mueller’s aim is to make up some false crap about Trump and try to hang something on him. I think he’s fishing for bad actors, and in D.C., I believe he’ll find plenty.

#25

If this is true he would also be looking at Hillary, Podesta, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, James Comey, Clapper. Brennan etc.

#26

How do you know he isn’t? Or won’t?

#27

What exactly was Trump’s contribution?

And Trump did that?

Or this?

Looks like the marketHad been on a rally for several years, though I will admit that Trump being president definitely boosted confidence. Having said that, that’s all it is, confidence, there isn’t much in the way of substance. Sure he signed a few EO’s, but how exactly did any of that turn into a stock market boon?

After 8 years of slow but steady recovery that Trump was all too happy to take credit for?

A million more than would have been created otherwise?

A net 150k people join the workforce each month. Trump has been in office 10 months, anything less than 1.5 million jobs is an increase in the number of unemployed. Don’t tell me you suddenly have faith in the U3 measurement of unemployment now that Obama is gone?

Looks like unemployment is doing what it was before Trump came into office.

Not strictly familiar with this.

And yet the unemployment rate has fallen at about the same rate it’s been falling for years. Basically what you’re saying is, Obama left office just in time for Trump to swoop in and claim the credit.

The only thing killing coal is Gas.

And that’s a good thing?

Promotes it, yes, practices it, not so much.

During “made in America Week” President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club applied to hire 70 foreign workers. (can you say irony alert.

And they weren’t building here before? Far as Foxconn, that would be great, but I wouldn’t get my hopes up, they’ve overpromised before and failed to deliver. Foxconn promised in 2013, for example, to invest $30 million and hire 500 workers for a new, high-tech factory in Pennsylvania that was never built.

This has some truth to it, but I’m not sure what he actually did.

I don’t really care about the billions of dollars, I think it will create lots of jobs, but really all this will ever be is a make-work program, it will never achieve the goals set for it, not to mention the government having to use eminent domain to take peoples private property away (something I’d think freedom loving Republicans would oppose.

So wait, now you’re in favor of Federal government overriding decisions by the states?

Drafted? So did I, do I get credit too?

What did he do other than using his bully pulpit to harass private companies driving their stock prices down?

I’m not read up on the details, but this sounds like an excellent idea.

Ok.

But has failed to sanction Russia for meddling in our election.

LOL…Calling ahead and telling the Russians who were there who surely told the Syrians and then sent in weapons that weren’t designed for the mission to make some loud noises?

Failure to join TPP was a huge mistake that gives China an enormous amount of leverage. /sarcasm on… Excellent.

How so? Nothing in the Paris agreement was binding or mandatory.

Yes, because nationally crime is at epidemic levels…Oh, wait, no it’s not.

That sounds good.

Again, while ignoring the Russians.

You know how much money the commission on Opioid addiction has so far?

$56k or about .02 cents per addict. All flash, no substance.

And not a single piece of it has been significant.

Obama signed 124 in his first year.

Trump is winning the rounds of golf played, he’s at 30, Obama was at 22 at this same point.

Kinda ironic given:

Capture

Actually, Rod Rosenstein appointed Muller.

#29

Your post reads like a CNN manifesto on news coverage.

Don’t let the facts get in the way of your opinion

csbrown IS a troll for the socialist-minded left. Probably gets a check from George Soros himself. He (she?) doesn’t have the least clue about anything having to do with President Trump because he’s not PERMITTED to by his handlers. FACT: The stock market was relatively flat for the last 8 years and only started taking off like a rocket on November 9, 2016. Since that date, it’s added 5 TRILLION dollars in value…lots of that enhancing middle class peoples’ 401k accounts. FACT: Obama and Hillary CROWED about shutting down the coal industry–knowing that the U.S. is the Saudi Arabia of coal–and President Trump has revitalized it.

What has that to do with ANYTHING? The President doesn’t have the authority to “fund” anything. That’s the responsibility of the House of Representatives.

csbrown is so imbued with utter hatred for the guy who showed Hillary the political door that he is INCAPABLE (like most liberals) of using his (her) head for anything but a hatrack.

#32

Yes, so much name-calling. Address the points, don’t attack the poster.

I’m not a huge Obama fan, it’s just that comparing his accomplishments to Trump’s puts things in perspective.

Now, let’s address your comments.

The stock market hit it’s low in 2009 at 6500 and hit 19,800 when Obama left office. How is that anything less than a success given the economy was coming out of the largest recession since 1920’s?

That’s flat? That comment is pure ignorance.

As far as the value added to the stock market, much of it has been due to low-interest rates. There is a lot of leverage in the market thanks to low rates. When you can borrow at ~2-5% and earn ~8-20% in the market, it’s as good as free money. The reason that the nation’s largest companies are sitting on piles of cash, bonds and investments is that they are aware that as rates rise, people will sell off to repay their leveraged loans. When that happens the market will decline and the record profits will decline.

How much, have any facts or is that just your opinion?

Who cares if Obama and Hillary took credit for what the gas industry has done?

Can you see the trend here?

Capture

Hillary and Obama didn’t do anything to coal, gas did it.

Here is the story:

I know facts sting. But let it sink in and you’ll allow yourself to accept the only thing that’s increased in coal is hope.

True…It’s just being oversold as groundbreaking. It’s great that Trump has recognized it, now he has to use his Twitter account to tell America that there’s only $56k in funding and put pressure on Congress to fund it.

Buuuuttt…Attacking Jeff Flake and Bob Corker is much more important.

#33

Same to you.

#34

We can’t both be in possession of facts on the same issue.

#35

Miss Teen USA Contestants: “Trump walked in on us naked and gawked at us.”

Trump: “Liars, fake news.”

Trump to Howard Stern in 2005: “I’ll go backstage before a show, and everyone’s getting dressed and ready and everything else…You know, no men are anywhere. And I’m allowed to go in because I’m the owner of the pageant. And therefore I’m inspecting it… Is everyone OK? You know, they’re standing there with no clothes. And you see these incredible-looking women. And so I sort of get away with things like that.”

Pure scum. You thought he was going to drain the swamp? He’s worse than the swamp.

#36

One of many reasons I love Trump. He’s not some sexually awkward guy who lives his entire life resentful of his lack of sexual success.

#37

I know that it is difficult but please step back from CNN and MSNBC!

Papadopoulos was exposed as a Hillary operative early on, and that is why he was never given any assignments.

He embellished because he was being paid by Fusion GPS to come up with “Russian collusion” stories, and the more he made up the more they paid him. He wasn’t a paid Trump staffer, he was living in London, and the money had to be coming from somewhere.

#38

John Roberts, White House Source: “George Papadopoulos evidence was provided by the White House”

I expect this to develop into a major story NOT.
It shows that the campaign went out of their way to AVOID collusion with the Russians.

CSBrown the one remaining liberal here. Enough with the facts they have no eyes to see them. They have no ears to hear them. Lets just say this he could pee in their facew and they will still call him saviour. He could put a bullet in their kids head and they will still call him a champion. They’re like infected once the Alex Jones paranoia hit their cute little hearts they never snapped out of it. Funny thing was I got sucked into that right wing paranoid conservatism in 2003-2006. People can only break free of it when there is a reason that outweighs their obession. They dare to call us hypnotized… I have never seen the american people so in a trance. Some of them on the right know they screwed up, they screwed up really bad… and rather than admit it they will remain silent, or casually divert the topic. You’re preaching to the hardest of the fundies. I’d try to go after individual Kasich-type republicans you know in real life.
