Formal Reprimand Issued To Flatulent Federal Worker | The Smoking Gun

For example, the man’s September 19 output included nine instances of flatulence, beginning at 9:45 AM and concluding at 4:30 PM.
The man was also accused of launching a trio of attacks on September 11.

I double-checked the date on this, and it isn’t April 1st. Looking at the pic (and noting/correcting TSG’s left-right inversion), if this guy’s problem is lactose intolerance, he needs to lay off the cheese! But an official reprimand? Really?! Was that a worthwhile use of his stuporvisor’s time?! Or was it basically forced by union and/or civil service work rules?

You are not going to fire him, the letter accomplishes nothing.

You can NOT fire a federal worker for incompetence, poor work or much of anything else. About the only way to get fired is to commit a crime. Even then its rare and unless you go to jail, which few ever do, you still retire and still get a $25,000 retirement bonus.

I PERSONALLY know of one who got caught red handed with govt property at his home, they took him to court, he received probation, the union reinstated him, he retired at full retirement and got the $25k bonus…

Acting in accordance with a fartwa, no doubt.
