Gaint Burger

There once was a restaurant in town that served a twelve inch burger. I looked on the internet and there are several places that sell basically the same thing.

[]1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
]2 tablespoons chopped onion shopping list
[]1-2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
]garlic powder to taste shopping list
[]salt and pepper to taste shopping list
]8 teaspoons chili sauce shopping list
[]cheese (s) of choice shopping list
]toppings of choice; tomatoes, lettuce, onion rings, etc. shopping list
[*]rolls to serve shopping list

[]In a bowl, mix beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
]On a sheet pan with edges, shape patty into a circle OR a rectangular loaf.
[]Spread chili sauce onto top of big patty.
]“Score” into individual sections. Everyone will get their own.
[]Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
]Sprinkle “sections” with cheese of choice


Now that’s a burger!
