Liberal free cheese faction stifles Obamcare repeal in Senate

See Obamacare Repeal Fails: Three GOP Senators Rebel in 49-51 Vote

”Three Republican senators — John McCain, Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski — and all Democrats voted against the bill, dealing a stinging defeat to Republicans and President Donald Trump who made repeal of Obamacare a cornerstone their campaigns.”

Well, look at the voting record of the 51 socialist/progressives who voted against a mere “skinny repeal” of Obamacare, and it vindicates our founders’ refusal to grant power to Congress over the “social needs” of the people within the various United States.

The sad truth is, our founders warned us about the dangers of factions and why they avoided granting power to Congress over those objects which “…in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.” See Federalist Number 45.

By limiting our federal government’s responsibilities to such matters as war, peace, the regulation of commerce with foreign nations, i.e., ___ those items which are enumerated beneath Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1 __ our founders avoided the danger of creating countless factions on a federal level by denying power to the federal government to meddle in the social needs of the people within the various states, and they intentionally left those matters within the jurisdiction of each state and people therein.

But now, with this separation of powers having been breached by Congress and countless “entitlements” having been unconstitutionally created to satisfy the personal economic needs of the people within the various state borders, our national unfunded debt liability is an estimated $125 TRILLION, while our free cheese factious groups account for The Largest Item In The Federal Budget!

Have we not witnessed our federal government being reduced to a state of paralysis brought on by countless free cheese factions whose interests have nothing to do with our federal government’s constitutionally assigned duties? And who are some of these factious groups who have cause a paralysis in Congress? Federally subsidized health-care recipients; federally subsidized food stamp recipients; federally subsidized Section Eight Housing recipients; federally funded unemployment benefit recipients; federally funded student loans and grant recipients; and millions of foreigners who have invaded America’s borders who are also the recipients of free government cheese. These are just a few of our nations free cheese factious groups who have brought our federal government to the brink of bankruptcy.

If we don’t reverse our federal government’s tax-payers vs tax-getters redistribution policies, we will surely suffer the same fate as Venezuela, Chile, the UK, and other socialist countries which, instead of protecting the people’s inalienable right to succeed or fail at their own hand, have decided to use government force to steal the product of one person’s labor which is then transferred to another group to be used for their personal economic needs, which is an immoral use of government force.

John Adams was absolutely correct when he wrote: **“democracy will envy all, contend with all, endeavor to pull down all; and when by chance it happens to get the upper hand for a short time, it will be revengeful, bloody, and cruel…” **

We are now witnessing what our founders intentionally sought to prevent when they limited our federal government’s authority to such matters as war, peace, the regulation of commerce with foreign nations, i.e., ___ those items which are enumerated beneath Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1, and they do not include the social needs of the people within the various states.

Millions of citizens have lost their health-care insurance and doctors under Obamacare, and many more millions now cannot use Obamacare because of Obamacare’s outrageous premiums and deductibles. Repeal and replace Obamacare with nothing, and repeal McCarran-Ferguson.***

See McConnell to consider bipartisan plan to pay health insurers

***”McConnell told reporters Saturday there is “still a chance” the Senate could revive the measure to repeal and replace “Obamacare,” but he acknowledged the window for that is rapidly closing.

The Kentucky senator noted Republican Sen. Lamar Alexander of Tennessee is working on “some kind of bipartisan approach” that would involve subsidies for insurance companies.”***

Let us not forget Obamacare was carefully crafted to tax hard working American Citizens who were happy with their health-insurance and doctors_, to subsidize insurance companies so millions of able bodied but unproductive people could receive health-care. And now, Mitch McConnell is willing to continue taxing hard working American Citizens to provide health-care to the able bodied and lazy including illegal entrants, instead of allowing Obamcare to collapse on its own and following our Constitution which nowhere grants a power to Congress to enter the states and meddle in the people’s health-care needs and choices.

I wonder how much Mitch McConnell has been paid by the insurance industry to carry water for them.

Obamacare by consent of the governed, Article 5, our Constitution`s amendment process. Tyranny by a majority vote in Congress or a Supreme Court’s majority vote ***

Well, from the lack of any intelligent rebuttal, I think there is universal agreement that the biggest obstacle to repealing Obamacare are the tens of millions who are now receiving government subsidized health-insurance/health-care. The Republican Party Leadership in the House and Senate do not have the backbone to cut off the abled bodied who are too lazy to work enough hours to pay for their own health-insurance/health-care, and they find it easier to tax hard working productive citizens to finance government subsidized cheese ___ even the cheese going to illegal entrants who have invaded America’s borders.

American citizens are sick and tired of being made into tax-slaves to finance a maternity ward for the poverty stricken populations of other countries who invade America’s borders to give birth.

I agree with you except on one point. It ain’t just welfare queens. It’s not about people too lazy to work. It’s people who work 40 or more hours per week. Healthcare really is completely unaffordable to most American without some kind of subsidy because government policies have driven the price of healthcare into orbit (because of subsidies, among other reasons). No one can fathom paying for healthcare without it. It’s astronomically expensive. Repeal Obamacare today – along with the rest of the ridiculous unconstitutional subsidies – and they think they’ll die in the streets. It’s about economic illiteracy. Add to that that so few people even know what the Constitution is or what it protects (for crying out loud, they don’t, on average, seem to even know what Independence Day is about, not when, where, who, why or what), and we have a recipe for, well, what we’ve got.

I agree with you that our federal government’s involvement in health-care [Johnson’s Great Society and Medicaid] has driven the cost of health-care into orbit.

Why does the Republican Leadership in the House and Senate continue meddling in the People’s health-care when there is no power granted to Congress to do so?

This is by design, to bring us to single payer.

There is no such thing as single payer. That is a sugar coated phrase cooked up by our socialist/progressive domestic enemies to hide what they are really advocating. What they are advocating is using government force to tax a working person’s earned wage, which he/she may have used to tend to their own health-care needs, and then dictating how that person’s earnings shall be used to provide “health-care” to the people of the United States. An example of the consequences which results from this kind of government take-over is Venezuela.

American citizens are sick and tired of being made into tax-slaves to finance a maternity ward for the poverty stricken populations of other countries who invade America’s borders to give birth.

There IS NO country on the planet with a “single-payer” health care system in which the health-care available to the average citizen is superior in ANY way to the health care enjoyed by Americans PRIOR to Medicaid OR the ACA…not one. It ALWAYS (and inevitably) degenerates into health-care rationing–with the rationing decisions vested in some low-level, government bureaucrat instead of either the doctor OR the patient.

I know I really don’t have to explain this, because y’all do know what I mean…

Single payer meaning entirely socialized medical care. Meaning the government runs all health care. Meaning you pay, but the “poor” won’t. Meaning every democrat’s dream, and many republicans.

All I’m saying is, we shouldn’t use their [the socialists/progressive’s] sugar coated language. Let’s just say government dictated health-care.

I believe that was the intent of Obamacare. It is so incredibly stupid that it could not have been a serious long-term plan.

Yes, as Rush and Hannity have explained on the radio, Obamacare was designed to fail.

I like that! Government Dictated Health-care.
