Nikki Haley has given into the Establishment, moves to the dark side

See Haley Faults Obama, Warns GOP in Republican Rebuttal

Jan. 12, 2016

”But in another shot at Mr. Trump, Mrs. Haley called for politicians of all stripes to spend more time listening to their political disagreements. “Some people think that you have to be the loudest voice in the room to make a difference,” she said. “That is just not true. Often, the best thing we can do is turn down the volume.”

Nikki Haley, just like Trey Gowdy who supports open-borders Marco Rubio, has moved to the dark side!

Seems Nikki has forgotten that the loud angry people are the very ones who put her in office, thinking she would stand up to the Establishment which is destroying our country from within.

How sad to see her take a cheap shot at “loud people” and Trump, rather than list the countless acts of tyranny which Obama has engaged in, the latest one being giving aid and comfort to ten more enemies of the United States by releasing them from GITMO.

To support Marco Rubio, Chris Christie, Jeb Bush, Ben Carson, or John Kasich is to support a continuance of Obama’s illegal immigration tyranny which includes giving legal status and work permits to tens of millions who have invaded our borders, which in turn panders to the Chamber of Commerce, the Club for Growth and our Global Governance Crowd

Let us not forget it was House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, two traitorous Establishment Republicans, who picked Haley to deliver the GOP response to President Obama’s final State of the Union address. And she delivered the exact response they demanded her to give.

JWK

Let us not forget this coming election the betrayal by House Republicans and Senate Republicans who voted in favor of Paul Ryan’s Bill to finance Obama’s invasion of our borders!

#3

Being loud and angry by itself is not a virtue. Nikki Haley is right to oppose Trump.

#4

And carrying water for the traitorous Republican Establishment, as Tricky Nikki has done is even less of a virtue.

Haley will no longer receive any support from me. She is now a RINO.

#6

There are candidates the establishment fears because they are genuinely anti-establishment, and then there are candidates the establishment fears because they are a major liability. Trump is the latter.

#7

I don’t CARE that she “opposes Trump.” What I DO care about is her “let’s go along so we can get along” attitude. We CAN’T “go along” with Democrats. Why? Because THEY refuse categorically to “go along” with us and let the country work as it was designed to do. Instead, they want to turn the country into another little left-wing socialist “paradise”–with them in charge this time…as if that’ll make the slightest difference as to the eventual outcome.

#8

Haley turned her back on the Tea Party that got her elected. Just like Rubio the snake, she received support from Sarah Palin and the Tea Party which actually allowed her to get elected. Since then, she has acted like they don’t exist. That’s called being a snake.

#9

I am not a Trump supporter (unless he becomes the nominee), but I grimaced when Haley gratuitously threw the current party frontrunner, Trump, under the bus as part of what should have been her pointed and very focused rebuttal to nearly a full hour of Barack Obama’s omissions of facts, distortions and outright lies. The irony is this: If she was trying to damage Trump, my guess is she did just the opposite.

#10

I agree! Instead of listing the countless acts of tyranny which Obama has engaged in, the latest one is giving aid and comfort to ten more enemies of the United States by releasing them from GITMO, Tricky Nikki chose to reprimand those who are expressing their outrage at a President and Administration which is intentionally weakening and destroying America from within.

I wonder if Tricky Nikki would publically reprimand THIS GENTLEMEN for being loud and expressing his outrage over Obama.

JWK

Here is a VERY, VERY LONG LIST of Obama’s evil and outrageous doings!

#11

Well, hopefully Nikki will get kicked out of office next go round.

#12

There could stand a genuine chance of that, as the people of S.C. were getting disgusted with her BEFORE she yanked down the Confederate Flag.
If that wasn’t the last straw, surely this last bit done broke the camel’s back.

#13

I guess I was mistaken. I thought this thread was about how Nikki Haley went after Trump. Haley has generally been a Conservative governor, and actions speak louder than words.

I’m pretty sure she’s term-limited.

The people of South Carolina were evenly divided on the flag. I wouldn’t describe it as her “yanking” down the flag considering that she was simply signing a bill passed by the Republican controlled state legislature.

Lord Brennus

The people of South Carolina were evenly divided on the flag. I wouldn’t describe it as her “yanking” down the flag considering that she was simply signing a bill passed by the Republican controlled state legislature.

Up until last Aug., my daughter was living in Charleston, so I was getting nearly a daily blow-by-blow. Even if not for that, I read enough of Haley’s quotes/saw YouTubes to know how much she said in favor of the Confederate flag coming down. It’s not like those mean old Republicans put a gun to her - a Tea Party Republican’s - head and forced her to sign the bill; a bill that she didn’t have to sign if she wasn’t in favor of it.
Like I said, even that wasn’t the first time she’d dismayed the people who put her in office.

True, she had been running the state as a conservative governor would. What everyone’s wondering is…what happened?

#15

How does that make her not Conservative. Not everyone in South Carolina is pro-Confederate and I, like many other people, didn’t see the point in keeping the flag.

Surely you aren’t saying saying that since you see “NO POINT” in keeping the flag, it should come down, are you?

I’m one that sees a very specific point in keeping it flying, and would love it to be hoisted once again. It’s odd that most were content with it as it was, until the shooting, which had nothing to do with the flag - and suddenly this became a symbol of vast offense!!

Kinda odd, is it not?

Incidentally, I see no point in blaming a flag for an individual’s actions any more than one could blame the car he drove to get there.:noclue:

I think the states should decide if they want to fly the flag, and South Carolina decided to take it down.

There has always been a large number of South Carolinians who did not like the flag. Most of the African-American community (even black Conservatives) and many whites in the state fell into this category. I’m convinced that if it was put up for a vote, the people would reaffirm Haley’s decision.

Kinda odd, is it not?

I agree with you that we should blame the individual and not a flag (or guns or drugs as some did).

#18

My daughter and her entire in-law family were highly offended, (as was I) to see it come down, as they were very proud of their heritage.
Her ‘Nana’-in-Law has a large, glass case where she proudly displays all of the medals of honor and other heirlooms handed down to her from her family’s dedication to the Confederacy. My daughter’s in-laws are the curators (practically owners) of Sumter Church where she and her husband were married.

The only thing taking down the Confederate flag proved is that they don’t know their own history.

Kinda odd, is it not?

I’d call it more than odd. I’d call it a disgrace.

Incidentally, I see no point in blaming a flag for an individual’s actions any more than one could blame the car he drove to get there.:noclue:

Good point, as one had absolutely nothing to do with the other.

IMHO, Haley fell many notches on the “conservative” scale when she yanked the flag down SO RAPIDLY after the shooting.

It’s interesting that very shortly after this, cries were heard to rename public buildings, destroy statues & monuments, etc that were honoring CONFEDERATE heroes.

Obviously the left is bound and determined to eventually obliterate any evidence that a “SOUTHERN CULTURE” ever existed.

I’m anxious for the rapture to occur, and leave this country to the jacka$$e$ to run (ruin??). I give them a max of 2 years before they wake up and start moaning about the sorry “STATE OF THE UNION”, saying - “Wha hoppen??”:eusa_boohoo:

Yeah, in famous ol’ New Orleans, no less.
Just prior to Katrina hitting, my husband and I had reservations to go to New Orleans, and we planned to do it in style. (OUT of Mardi Gras season, mind you. We, of course, had to cancel.) After we learned much more about N.O., we vowed to never go near the place.

How sad, history being destroyed on top of that whole city, and ALL cities around the USA - with a VERY PROUD heritage - want to bury it all; see it destroyed.
It truly dismays me. And it’s being done by people who don’t KNOW the history.

Vikki Haley, and those like her, can go floating down a garbage canal, for all I care.
