Our 15 Republican progressive sympathizers and amnesty

QUESTION:

**Why is it in the general welfare of the United States to allow 10-20 million foreigners who have invaded our borders to stay here who, for the most part, are poorly educated, financially impoverished, many of whom are carriers of infectious and/or communicable disease and do not embrace our nation’s customs and culture and as statistics show, will mostly wind up on a federal or state welfare program? How does this promote the general welfare of the United States?

Why is it in the general welfare of the United States to allow this group which has invaded our borders to remain in our country and be given special treatment while there are millions of foreigners waiting for years to enter our country legally who are highly educated, financially self sufficient, are not sickly and do embrace our countries customs and culture and would be an asset to promoting the general welfare of the united States? **

Is it not a fact that our 15 Republican progressive sympathizers who voted YEA to allow 10-20 million foreigners who have invaded our borders to stay here failed to address the question of our nation’s general welfare before voting to give aid and comfort to them, even though they are causing economic destruction throughout the united States? Let us take a look at some of the destruction this invading force has done.

Welfare Use by Immigrant Households with Children

Illegal Immigration Costs California Over Ten Billion Annually

Dateline: December, 2004

Among the key finding of the report are that the state’s already struggling K-12 education system spends approximately $7.7 billion a year to school the children of illegal aliens who now constitute 15 percent of the student body. Another $1.4 billion of the taxpayers’ money goes toward providing health care to illegal aliens and their families, the same amount that is spent incarcerating illegal aliens criminals.

Texas Faces Rising Cost For Illegal Immigrant Care

Texas spent at least $250 million in the past year for medical care and imprisonment of illegal immigrants and other non-citizens.

L.A. Emergency Rooms Full of Illegal Immigrants

Mike Antonovich, the Los Angeles County supervisor, said the system has been "basically bankrupted."

The Department of Health has a $1.2 billion deficit. Caring for illegals is siphoning money from other services and forcing clinics, trauma centers and emergency rooms to close, he said.

Our Constitution states: Congress shall have power: To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions…

Unfortunately we now have 15 Republican progressive sympathizers ignoring their assigned constitutional duty to repel invasions, and likewise working with Obama who is also refusing to enforce “Laws of the Union” and in the process our nation‘s general welfare is taking a back seat to the interests of those who have invaded our borders!

In my mind these 15 progressive sympathizers are engaging in a willful act of sedition!

And who is suffering under this sedition?

***“The Senate Gang of Eight’s immigration bill is not only impractical, but immoral,” said Frank Morris, Council leader, and former Executive Director of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. “Increasing immigration levels through amnesty and new visa programs, particularly at the low-skilled level, will flood the labor market with millions more people, leading to higher unemployment, more poverty, and a lower standard of living for many in the black community.” *** ___ See: African American Leaders Band Together to Oppose Senate Immigration Bill

Get rid of the welfare state and I wouldn’t care about illegal immigration.

heh! There wouldn’t be much illegel immigration!

It’ll still probably be better than Mexico, even without welfare.

Rubio was on the Mike Gallagher radio talk show today which again turned out to be a love fest, and again Mike Gallagher let Rubio use the air time to fill the air waves with his progressive sympathizing propaganda, but never once came close to answering the fundamental question of why it is in the general welfare of the united States to allow 10-20 million foreigners who have invaded our borders to remain here, especially when they have caused devastating economic and social destruction while in the united States. Why is it that not one of our media personalities will ask Rubio the most fundamental question stated above?

And, in answer to Rubio’s charge the “we must do something”, here is the “something” which ought to be done and would serve the general welfare of the united States. Start with enforcing existing law!

Under existing law Sec. 274A of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and 8 U.S.C. 1324a, makes it a crime for any business owner to knowingly hire any alien not authorized to work, and the penalties are:

*· $250 to $2,000 fine for each unauthorized individual; *

*· $2,000 to $5,000 for each employee if the employer has previously been in violation; or *

*· $3,000 to $10,000 for each individual if the employer was subject to more than one cease and desist order. *

*Penalties for repeated violations are punishable by a $3,000 fine for each unauthorized alien and/or imprisonment up to six months, or both. *

In promoting America’s general welfare, would it not be justified at this point in time to enforce existing law and to encourage foreigners who have invaded our borders to leave on their own by adopting a law that any foreigner who has entered our country illegally and identified six months after passage of the law, to be throw in jail for at least six months and put on the old fashioned chain gang, and be made to clean our roads, paint our bridges, and clean our public park outhouses to earn their room and board while in jail and being punished for invading our borders?

In addition to the above, and to promote the general welfare of the united States, the children of those who have invaded our borders ought to be denied access to our nation’s public school systems and every federal and State welfare program.

Finally, we ought to also deny those who have invaded our borders and their children accessed to our nation’s health care delivery system except in a life or death situation.

Unlike what Rubio, our progressive sympathizer voted for Monday, which does nothing to encourage an invading force to leave, would the above suggestions not be promoting the general welfare of the united States and encouraging those who have invaded our borders to return to their country of origin, and re-enter our country in a legal manner and at the end of the line?

In fact, instead of encouraging this invading force to leave, Rubio’s plan encourages them to stay and become legal residents of the united States which they have been destroying for years.

Reaching across the aisle is Washington Newspeak for a bipartisan agreement to subvert the Constitution and screw the American People.

Well, 14 Republican progressive sympathizers voted to allow 10-20 million foreigners who have invaded our borders to stay here who are destroying the united States from within.

We used to be infested with communist sympathizers in America. Now we are infested with communist and progressive sympathizers, a number of whom have infiltrated the Republican Party. And the one thing they have in common is not the best interests of the united States, but rather, the best interest of those who are destroying our country from within.

These folks are here not to “destroy the country from within”, but rather to work. They come here because employers demand their services.

I think the long term solution is to institute an effective guest worker program, where folks can come here to work and then return to Mexico without fear of losing their livelihoods. The real problem with illegal immigration isn’t the breadwinner, but the practical necessity of bringing the breadwinner’s family here. We should be encouraging breadwinners to come here and work, and to keep their families at home.

#8

I do not believe they are coming here to intentionally destroy our country from within, but that is the predictable outcome when millions upon millions of poorly educated, financially destitute and low skilled workers are allowed to invaded our borders.

Today’s effects are exactly what I and many others were predicting back in 1985-6 when the same Ryan/Rubio crap was crammed down the American People’s throats. And look where it has gotten us. A compounding of the original problem of foreigners invading our borders, and the same solution is now being offered 25 years later which is to make the invading force legal residents, rather than adopting necessary legislation which encourages them to leave on their own.

Look what these invaders have done in just one county in California since they were made legal residents in 1986 as appears in the **TESTIMONY GIVEN ** by Joan Zinser before the COMMITTEE ON THE JUDICIARY, U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, DECEMBER 13, 1995:

Good morning Chairman Smith and other honorable members of the Subcommittee on Immigration and Claims. I am Joan Zinser, Deputy Director of the San Diego County Department of Social Services. I direct the department’s Income Maintenance Bureau, which has responsibility for AFDC, Food Stamps and Medicaid eligibility determinations. I am here today to tell you about the effects of illegal immigration on the County’s assistance programs, and to present information regarding impacts on other county-funded services.

***Impacts on San Diego County In 1993, illegal aliens in San Diego County were estimated to be 7.9% of the population, or a total of almost 220,000 illegal aliens in a county with a population of slightly over 2 1/2 million. A 1993 Calffornia State Senate report estimated that the State, local governments - primarily the County - and schools incurred $304 million in costs to provide services to illegal aliens. These costs were offset by only $60 million in taxes generated by illegal aliens - leaving a net impact of $244 million.

Welfare Costs. When a child is a US citizen, AFDC can be granted for the child but not the parent, if the parent is an undocumented immigrant. In 1992 there were 6,414 children born to undocumented immigrant parents in San Diego County hospitals. Each year, the illegal alien parents of nearly 2000 “citizen children” apply for and receive AFDC in San Diego County. The cumulative total of these “citizen child” cases continues to rise each year.

Public assistance is intended to support the citizen child, but is paid to the illegal alien parent and is, no doubt, used by the parent to support the entire family. Costs for providing AFDC to “citizen children” cases in San Diego totaled $37 million in 1993 for approximately 5430 AFDC cases.

Additional costs are incurred in Child Welfare Services. Combining costs for Out-of-Home and Family Maintenance services to families of illegal aliens results in an additional cost of $1.7 million.

Medicaid and Other Health-Related- Costs. Medicaid services are an increasingly large portion of the costs involved in illegal immigration. In 1992, Medicaid paid for 6,414 births illegal alien mothers. Although studies have shown that illegal aliens use fewer Medicaid services than do the age-equivalent members of the general population, significant costs remain. Delivery costs are greater for babies with mothers lacking adequate prenatal care and many medical conditions are treated more cost-effectively in their early stages. Infectious diseases are also a major concern of the County. San Diego county has historically carried large costs because of illegal aliens with these problems. Costs associated with providing emergency and pregnancy related needs to illegal aliens are paid for under “restricted Medi-Cal benefits.” During the 1992 calendar year, an estimated $37 million was paid for “restricted Medi-Cal benefits.” Other costs, including uncompensated care in hospitals, community clinics, and other health services elevated the 1993 total costs to over $50 million.

Criminal justice. A recent 90-day pilot project involved having INS Agents present in the county jails to interview those suspected of being an undocumented immigrant. Approximately 20% of the persons booked into the jails during that pilot were identified as being illegal aliens. With annual bookings of approximatel 105,000 persons a year, it is estimated that up to 21,000 were illegal aliens.

According to the San Diego County District Attorney, 8,521 felony crimes were committed by illegal aliens between 1987 and 1992. Illegal aliens commit an estimated 22% of felony crimes committed in the county. The number of misdemeanors committed during the same period in San Diego County by illegal aliens is estimated to be 17,000. In 1993, approximately 15. 1 % of the costs -accrued in dealing with crimes were spent on illegal aliens. Costs for illegal aliens to the legal system totaled $151 million in the County of San Diego for 1993.

Education. Recently, a video of students crossing the border and getting on a school bus in San Diego County in order to receive free education was shown nationwide. Locally, we have worked to make sure that this situation does not recur, but education of the children of illegal aliens is also a significant CDSt. It is estimated that $60 million was spent in San Diego County in 1993 for education of illegal aliens. ***

In view of this historical evidence concerning a mere 2-3 million illegal aliens being made legal residents in 1986 and the destruction and mayhem they have caused in our country, why is it that Ryan and Rubio along with 14 other Republican Senators are offering the same solution which now involves 10-20 million foreigners who have invaded our borders? Do these Republican members of Congress have a death wish for America? Why are they more interested in promoting the best interests of those who have invaded our borders than the general welfare of the united States and her citizens? Why do they not propose legislation that would encourage this invading force to leave on its own?

See Immigration reform hurts U.S. workersThe low-skilled, especially blacks, would be disadvantaged by providing legal status to undocumented residents

June 11, 2013

By Peter Kirsanow *

The evidence adduced by the commission shows that not only does illegal immigration depress the employment levels of low-skilled Americans, it drives down the wages for available jobs. For example, an economist for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta estimated that as a result of the growth of undocumented workers, the annual earnings of documented workers in Georgia in 2007 were $960 lower than they were in 2000. In the leisure-hospitality sectors of the economy, the wages were $1,520 lower.

*Peter Kirsanow, a labor and employment attorney, is a former member of the National Labor Relations Board, a member of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, and the former chairman of the Center for New Black Leadership.

Why is the Democrat Party leadership in the Senate ok with flooding our job market with poorly educated, financial impoverished low skilled workers who have invaded our borders and now compete with Blacks for entry level jobs? Should we not be caring more about the interests of American Citizens rather then the interests of those who have invaded our borders and are causing economic and social mayhem in our country?

Why does Senator Harry Reid and President Obama hate America and her citizens, and care more about giving jobs and welfare to those who have invaded our borders?

I dunno. Maybe for the same reason Republicans do? Votes?
Just a guess.

Then again, maybe it’s for the same reason they have a ticklish feDDish for collecting everyone’s data for future reference.
Who knows?

I’ve long-since quit trying to figure these clowns out 'cuz I figured them out a long time ago.
