Rubio: Legalize illegal immigrants so they can fund border security

#1

During an interview on “The Andrea Tantaros Show,” Rubio, as Byron York points out, first said there was no choice but to legalize at least 11 million illegal immigrants because he said the country “cannot wait another four years” to enact immigration reform.
He then said illegal immigrants needed to be registered “as soon as possible” so the fines they pay into the system help fund border security programs.

Rubio: Legalize Illegal Immigrants So They Can Fund Border Security
First of all I doubt ANY fines will be imposed or paid and secondly who in their right mind thinks legalizing those that should not be here will help stop more illegals coming in?

What would happen would be a mass imposition on benefits and further cost for Americans.

I do not know what is the deal with Rubio. He once said we need to secure the border first then focus on the illegals in America. Now, he says the exact opposite. I still think he is a conservative, but he is having trouble dealing with this situation. The good news is he threaten to vote against the “gang of 8” immigration bill.

#3

Why am I not surprised he would take that position? Rewarding people who break the law by granting them citizenship? Wonderful. SMH.

I see Mike Huckabee was on FoxNews this morning and has stated he is with Rubio on this one.

Mike Huckabee ignores that the American people were duped in the 80s with amnesty and allowing millions of illegal aliens to remain here, and the same type of rope-a-dope bill is now being panhandled again by con artists like Rubio and Ryan. The only good news is, we are learning more and more who are domestic enemies are on Capitol Hill.

Hey, Mr. Huckabee, how is it in the general welfare of the United States to allow 10-20 million foreigners who have invaded our borders to stay here who, for the most part, are poorly educated, impoverished, many of whom are carriers of infectious and/or communicable disease and do not embrace our nation’s customs and culture, and as statistics show, will mostly wind up on a federal or state welfare program? How does this promote the general welfare of the United States?

Why is it in the general welfare of the United States to allow this group which has invaded our borders to remain in our country and be given special treatment by allowing them to stay here while there are millions of foreigners waiting for years to enter our country legally who are highly educated, financially self sufficient, are not sickly and do embrace our countries customs and culture?

Reaching across the aisle is Washington Newspeak for a bipartisan agreement to subvert the Constitution and screw the American People.

Rubio voted against Senator Lee’s amendment that made it a priority to secure the border first. Ted Cruz promised to vote against the Hoeven/Corker amendment. The Hoeven/Corker amendment is suppose to strengthen the border, and it is suppose to limit benefits given to illegal immigrants. The text of the amendment should be released within the next hour. My question is, why can’t the GOP unite against amnesty? Senator Sessions seems to be one of the few Senators promoting conservative values by constantly opposing amnesty.

Seems that Janet Brewer who caved in to the socialist expansion of Medicaid in Arizona, has now jump on the Corker-Hoeven immigration surge amendment bandwagon.

I think Arizona’s Senator Jon Kyl is also supporting this rope-a-dope amendment which is the same crap these scoundrels pulled in 1985 when they promised then to secure the border if 2-3 million foreigners who invaded our borders would be allowed to stay here. Note that the surge amendment allows the 10-20 million foreigners who have invaded our borders to stay here while securing the borders is left up to the Obama Administration who recently punished ICE agents for doing their job to secure our borders.

These traitors [those supporting the Corker-Hoeven immigration surge amendment] are intentionally working to transform America forever by allowing the 10-20 million poorly educated, impoverished foreigners who have invaded our borders to remain here who, as statistics show from the first wave of illegal immigration, will mostly wind up on a federal or state welfare program and then constantly vote for progressives who promise to give them free stuff.

The only good news about the Corker-Hoeven immigration surge amendment is, we are learning exactly who are domestic enemies are on Capitol Hill and how they are working to swell the progressive’s voting block so America will be fundamentally transformed forever.

America will not regain her honor and splendor until the blood of tyrants is made to flow in our streets.

I thought the Corker-Hoeven amendment helped secure the border and reduced benefits to illegal immigrants. I have not read the amendment though.

See: African American Leaders Band Together to Oppose Senate Immigration Bill

***“The Senate Gang of Eight’s immigration bill is not only impractical, but immoral,” said Frank Morris, Council leader, and former Executive Director of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. “Increasing immigration levels through amnesty and new visa programs, particularly at the low-skilled level, will flood the labor market with millions more people, leading to higher unemployment, more poverty, and a lower standard of living for many in the black community.” ***

Unfortunately, keeping Blacks in poverty and dependent upon government substance programs is exactly what our ruthless Progressive Leaders in Congress want so they can bribe these voters with free bread crumbs from government.

We were warned about this evil by our Founders.

A POWER OVER A MAN’s SUBSISTENCE AMOUNTS TO A POWER OVER HIS WILL ____ Hamilton, No. 79 Federalist Papers

I hope the Black Community remembers it is patriotic “conservatives” who are trying to prevent the legalization of this flood of low-skilled, poorly educated immigrants who have invaded our borders, and have already muscled out countless Americans from entry level job positions, and into a permanent dependency upon government assistance.

The only good news about the Corker-Hoeven immigration surge amendment is, we are learning exactly who are domestic enemies are on Capitol Hill and how they are working to swell the progressive’s voting block so America will be fundamentally transformed forever.

If we can make 51 percent of America’s population dependent upon an Obama, welfare, food stamp, section 8 housing, college loan check, and now free Obamacare along with FREE BACON, we can blackmail them for their vote, keep ourselves in power and keep the remaining portion of America’s productive population enslaved to pay the bills ____ Obama’s Marxist Free Stuff Party, which is designed to establish a federal plantation and redistribute the wealth which wage earners, business and investors have worked to create.

I think Arizona’s Senator Jon Kyl
Kyl retired in January of this year, and was replaced by Jeff Flake. I don’t know where Flake stands on this issue.

With Rubio as he is part of the Gang of 8, and Flake has been an enormous disappointment.

#11

I believe he was on FoxNews on Sunday giving thumbs up to the Corker-Hoeven amendment.

I do not know what is the deal with Rubio. He once said we need to secure the border first then focus on the illegals in America.
That was to the English speaking crowd. You should hear the one he gave to the Spanish speaking crowd.

Now, he says the exact opposite. I still think he is a conservative, but he is having trouble dealing with this situation. The good news is he threaten to vote against the “gang of 8” immigration bill.

Rubio WROTE the bill.
Hate to break it to ya, but you’ve been duped.

The Corker-Hoeven amendment is a distraction that securing the borders solves the problem when the big problem is 10-20 million poorly educated and financially distressed foreigners who have invaded our borders and are needed by our domestic enemies on Capitol Hill to swell their voting block in order to fundamentally transform America forever. Every Republican in the Senate who votes for this bill needs to viewed as the domestic enemy they are. Not only have these kind enslaved America’s Black population with government dependency, but now their after Hispanics as well.

If you think that’s bad, wait 'til you read this little gem from a Washington Times article:

In the case of the fence, the legislation reads that “nothing in this subsection shall require the secretary to install fencing, or infrastructure that directly results from the installation of such fencing, in a particular location along the southern border, if the secretary determines that the use or placement of such resources is not the most appropriate means to achieve and maintain effective control over the southern border at such location.”

Add to that:

The bill would require her [Napalitano and/or any future AG] to notify Congress 60 days after her decision to change the deployment.

And she has the gall to top even that with:

“The border security amendment agreed to by a bipartisan group of Senators is in line with that criteria, it will devote important additional resources to robust border security system this Administration has put in place and strengthen what was already an unmatched piece of border security legislation.”

All that from a crew who actually believe their intellect to be superior to ours.

Congress is charged with the constitutionally mandated responsibility:

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions…

But instead of protecting us from an ongoing invasion of our borders, the Corker-Hoeven amendment gives aid and comfort to those who have invaded our borders by making them “legal” and allowing 10-20 million foreigners who have invaded our borders to stay here. And in the process the Corker-Hoeven amendment ignores our existing laws, and does nothing to forcefully encouraging this invading force to leave!

Under existing law Sec. 274A of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and 8 U.S.C. 1324a, makes it a crime for any business owner to knowingly hire any alien not authorized to work, and the penalties are:

· $250 to $2,000 fine for each unauthorized individual;

· $2,000 to $5,000 for each employee if the employer has previously been in violation; or

· $3,000 to $10,000 for each individual if the employer was subject to more than one cease and desist order.

**Penalties for repeated violations are punishable by a $3,000 fine for each unauthorized alien and/or imprisonment up to six months, or both. **

In addition to the above, when identifying a foreigner who has entered our country illegally, instead of making them “legal” they ought to be throw in jail for at least six months and put on the old fashioned chain gang, and be made to clean our roads, paint our bridges, and clean our public park outhouses to earn their room and board while in jail and being punished for violating one of our nation’s most important laws.In addition to the above, the children of those who have invaded our borders ought to be denied access to our nation’s public school system and every federal and State welfare program.

Finally, we ought to also deny illegal aliens and their children accessed to our nation’s health care delivery system except in a life or death situation.

Would this not be promoting the general welfare of the united States and encouraging those who have invaded our borders to return to their country of origin, and re-enter our country in a legal manner and at the end of the line?

And so, every member of Congress who votes in favor of the Corker-Hoeven amendment, which gives aid and comfort to this invaded force while ignoring our laws and the general welfare of the united States, is, in my opinion, a domestic enemy of our constitutionally limited system of government and ought to be punished.
