Should Lynch ignore Comey’s recommendation or present findings of fact to grand jury?

.

In view of the FBI’s finding of facts should Loretta Lynch ignore James Comey’s recommendation and convene a grand jury for the purpose of indicting Hillary Clinton?

So, as we all know, this administration is so corrupt it’s comical.

Why would I have any faith in a grand jury formed by this administration?

They are going to pick the judge. They are going to pick the jury members. they are going to pick the prosecutors, and they will probably advise Hillary on the defense.

At this point, what difference does it make? It’s all a show.

#3

I think Obama is supporting Hillary for one reason only–in hopes that she’ll take away from him his most enduring legacy. That being known forever as the worst President in history!

#4

He doesn’t believe he is. He thinks he’s the greatest ever. His supporters do as well.

#5

No. At this point it wouldn’t make any difference. This Administration wants Clinton to win. Simple as that. Americans could march on DC and demand she be indicted for her crimes and we would be the ones face the judge the next day.

#6

Your response is difficult to accept. I think most American freedom loving people would agree that the FBI’s finding of facts should be presented to a grand jury and let the process work as it was designed to work. This is not a political partisan issue. No one ought to be above the law. Have we really devolved into a banana republic type of dictatorship? Have the American People given up and are accepting this kind of crap?

We are here today and gone tomorrow, but what is most important is what we do in between, and is what our children will inherit and remember us by.

#7

yes.

Clinton mishandled top secret information as Secretary Of State and lied about it.

She should be sent to prison for 10 years.

#9

The FBI’s finding of facts certainly identify a number of criminal acts and lies engaged in by Hillary Clinton.

It went through the process and looked what happened. You can say it is not a partisan issue but clearly it is/was. The Obama Admin made sure the outcome was decided long before yesterday. Were this not a partisan issue Clinton would have suspended her campaign yesterday. The fact that she is guilty of these crimes and the United States of America is not holding her accountable and half the electorate is looking the other way should tell you the sad state the nation is in. The basically called her guilty live, on the air, and people are still willing to vote for her. had this been trump I would have pulled my support right then and there and I cannot, in good faith, support a criminal to be POTUS.

You and I are in 100% agreement, however allow me to add to that…AT HARD LABOR!

If you make it a career you will see a few officers who make a MINIOR infraction in handling a classified doc and if they are lucy they will lose their security clearance. At that time their career is over and they will leave generally on their own.

Upon losing their clearance they will be a man without a home. When I have seen it happen, they generally get assigned to the post Gym.

If its a bit more serious and they are lucky, they will be called in and asked to resign in lieu of negative action, usually a Court Martial.

IF they did what HildaBeast has done and they are REALLY lucky they will get a Dishonorable Discharge, if not so lucky they will find themselves in a stockade doing hard labor* for a LOT of years.

What is hard labor in the military prison system: When I was stationed at FT Sill Ok we would fall out and assemble at 0445 hrs and call attention at 0500. At about 0455 the Command of “PARADE REST” would roll down thur the Battalion. This almost the same as ATTENTION…then dead silence and in that silence I would hear this PING, PING, PING. Some of the other guys hear it and no one knew what it was. So one morning I spotted the Command Sgt Major and as we were “AT EASE” (we can talk) I asked him if he knew what that PINGING was. He looked at me in the light of the electric street light sunrise and smiled and said: Been hoping someone would ask, I will tell the Bn at formation.

We went thru the standard drill and then at the close of morning announcements he said my name and said I wanted to know about the PINGING we hear and he said: “Gentlemen, that PINGING is the sound of a 12 lb sledge hammer hitting concrete by a soldier who did not live by our rules, we call it HARD LABOR at the Post Stockade, ANY QUESTIONS?”

Even though my “yes” vote shows I feel compelled to say “why.” In so saying I believe that a sitting president deserves different treatment. Thus I favored the Nixon pardon and opposed the ability of Jones, a private plaintiff, to depose Bill Clinton. I think the office of President was a fusion of a royal monarch and the monarch’s Prime Minister, and thus had certain attributes of both.

Hillary is not a President or a presumptive President. If she undertook the actions in question at Obama’s direction (which I believe is what happened) upon testifying in that manner she should not be prosecuted. But not until then. Until such time, she is a mishandler of classified information. She is s destroyer of evidence. And worst of all, in my opinion, she made indefensible decisions for “reasons of state” not to prevent or frustrate the Benghazi attacks, and then lied about it. If those improper actions were under Obama’s orders, she should have said so and all would be right with the world.

But she did not.

The FBI’s finding of facts as stated by Comey confirm the following statutes were likely violated:

**

18 USC §793 (f) This statute states that whoever, “entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document…through gross negligence permits the same to removed from its proper place of custody…or having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody….shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”

18 USC §1924 (a) This statute states that any employee of the United States who “knowingly removes [classified] documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.”

18 USC §798 (a) This statute states that anyone who “uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States…any classified information…shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”

18 USC §2071 (b) This statute says that anyone who has custody of classified material and “willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years.”.**

Comey took it upon himself to preform a Grand Jury’s job, which is to evaluate the facts as found by the FBI, and then compare them to the appropriate statutes, and then to decide whether to bring criminal charges or an indictment against a potential defendant. In this case that would be Hillary Clinton among others.

A “sitting President” has no authority to be treated any differently than your local plumber. In point of fact, they should be held to a much STRICTER standard than anyone else…and NOT just under the threat of losing their next bid for re-election. If a President commits any crime, they should be ousted from office immediately–and without recourse.

Is this a serious question?

GIVEN the strange nature of Comey’s press statement, it’s pretty obvious his arm was being twisted by the AG…and by proxy, by the CinC.

That’s IT. This isn’t Comey’s call. It’s being done BY this radical, racialist, Leftist AG and her boss.

No charges. UNLESS Paul Rino remembers who and what he is and starts the ball rolling for a Special Prosecutor.

AND Articles of Impeachment. NO, it is not irrelevant at this point.

#17

Actually, no, but that’s irrelevant to my comment. Nixon wasn’t convicted of ANYTHING. He was merely accused of wrongdoing…and by a Democrat-controlled Congress.

Lynch is a stooge just like Eric Holder. There is nothing honest about her. Did you see how she fled the scene after her statement about the Dallas yesterday? She wouldn’t take any questions. She’s just another Obama puppet. The Attorney General Office has become as political as Democratic National Committee.

#20

Only because the media, federal bureaucracy and Obama are all in the tank trying to get her elected.
